AIC’s members are among the most passionate and driven students at the University of Michigan. Professional Development
One of our objectives is to help our members reach their professional goals. To do so, AIC provides members with an extensive array of resources and support to enable them to succeed to the best of their ability when recruiting for internships and full-time positions. Our alumni find that the combination of hands-on learning experiences and professional development guidance not only helped them while recruiting, but also prepared them for their professional roles after graduating.
RECRUITING PREP
New members are paired with a formal mentor who provides them with career and recruiting advice throughout college. AIC also holds resume workshops, distributes study guides, and provides mock interviews to help members practice their networking and interview skills before recruiting begins.
NETWORKING EVENTS
Our members attend exclusive opportunities throughout the year to network with professionals at leading investment banks and buy-side firms. From guest speakers to trips to New York City, our members gain valuable insights and build key relationships that help them stand out when recruiting.
ALUMNI NETWORK
With 150+ alumni worldwide, AIC has one of the largest and most successful alumni networks of any undergraduate organization at the University of Michigan. We maintain strong relationships with our alumni who actively help our members recruit at the best firms in finance and beyond.
